StorageSync Subprocessors

These are the service providers that process personal information for StorageSync, operated by Singhtech Pioneers Inc. For organizations that use StorageSync, this list is part of the data processing agreement in section 16 of our Terms of Service. Our Privacy Policy explains what we process and why.

Your files, file names and folder names are encrypted on your devices before upload. No provider below can read them.

• Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, database, file storage, network delivery, security, and email routing for our @storagesync.ca addresses. Where: United States, with servers worldwide. Handles: encrypted files, account and file metadata, IP addresses, routed email.
• Google LLC: the Gmail mailbox that receives email sent to our support, privacy and legal addresses; Sign in with Google. Where: United States and elsewhere. Handles: email you send us; your account identifier and email address if you sign in with Google.
• Amazon Web Services, Inc. (Amazon SES): sends account notice emails. Where: United States (US East, Ohio). Handles: your email address and the notice text.
• Apple Inc.: Sign in with Apple, push notifications on iPhone and iPad, and app distribution. Where: United States and elsewhere. Handles: your account identifier and email address if you sign in with Apple; device push tokens.

Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited, United Kingdom, and its affiliates) sells paid plans as merchant of record. It collects payment and billing details as an independent controller under Paddle's privacy notice, not as our subprocessor.

Changes

We update this page at least 30 days before adding or replacing a provider that handles customer data, and record each change below. Organizations that object can end their use of the Service and get a refund of the unused part of their period, as section 16 of our Terms explains.
